cabs won't install

hello all, after I restored a spb back up file I can't get any cabs to install it keeps stating that it's untrusted unsigned. Lil....lil help here

I've been dealing with this for a very long time now. I haven't ever really found an answer. Sorry I couldn't help ya, just know that you aren't alone

this sh*& is wierd, it only happened after the back-up restore. I had all of my program cabs backed up on my storage card and now none of them will open. This is very frustrating!!
