added other misc changes and fixes that are to numerous to list

removed weatherpanel and weatherpilot due to weather being in the HTC today-plugin
removed .NET framework 1.0 as no applications i know of currently require it

KNOWN ISSUES
going into the "PHONE" setting and the "SOUNDS & NOTIFICATIONS" has a dramatically long delay. I am unable to track down what the hell is causing it and it really pisses me off. Ive tried every theme ive used in the past, flashed with zero wav files at all on the phone, used a completely stock build from the helmi kitchen, and still it plagues me. I cant confirm if this is just "my phone" but im pretty sure something im doing is screwing it up i just dont know what. For now at least well have to deal with it.... seeing as how WM6 is just around the corner this may be the shortest lived release ive ever made haha.

wmodem is still not taking any drivers and therefore not working properly. I used the new version from the kitchen 104 which is supposed to resolve this issue but it has not. If there is another release im going to roll back the wmodem application back to the files from aku 2.x and test. lame....

:::Revision 1.4h TO DO LIST:::CYAN=DONE RED=WIP ORANGE=CANT DO MYSELF

Go WM6!!

No issues at this time, please see the kitchen bug thread and see if your issue is a kitchen issue before posting a bug, Thank you!
