The Keyboard Fix

I remember having a program that let you hold more then one button on the keyboard on an old ROM I cooked (for playing games and whatnot), but I recently upgraded to a 6.5 ROM and can't find it on my computer, and the download link I keep finding for it from Emulamer is long dead. Does anyone have the .cab laying around anywhere?
