Install the cab and follow the readme.
Old versions don't work anymore.

tried it...no dice. Followed the instructions, but when I go to run it after copying the cache folder over...it never retrieves channels. I can exit out ok, so it's not frozen..

Hmm. Works just fine on mine. Out of curiosity did you follow the directions (ie. install the cab, run it once to the main menu, stop the program, delete the cache folder from the installed location, move the cache folder from the zip file to the installed location?)

You can't just copy the cache files over a ROM version from the kitchen. This is a new version alltogether.

I followed the directions to a 't'. As a matter of fact, I didn't have the rom version on mine because when the old version started pushing dasies, I re-flashed without sprint tv. So I d/l'd, ran to the main menu (sprint tv, other channels, etc..).

closed, deleted the cached folder, copied the new one. When I relaunched, it went back through to the main menu, but when I click on 'Sprint TV', I get 'loading' on them all.
