How do you keep carrier customizations from running?

I missed this step somewhere and was wondering if someone could tell me how you keep carrier customizations from running?

Thanks,

When I update and then upon rebooting I get the message box (Okay box) saying that the customizations will run in 3 seconds, I do a soft reset. The phone comes back and it does not try to install the customizations again.

With Helmi's ROM I don't need to create the login info for Sprint, but if you are installing a different ROM, you may have to.

You can search for the ExtROM unlock cabs and empty that folder. I pulled mine off and saved them to the PC just in case.
