No Opex File Transfer on my Touch pro

Hi all, I am trying to transfer a file from my laptop to my Verizon Touch Pro (6850). I have paired the phone and the laptop and can activate Bluetooth Object Push for business cards. When I try to use the "send to" right click option on a file in Windows Explorer on my laptop it bonks with an error. If I open up the phone in Bluetooth places on my laptop I see Bluetooth DUN, Network access, Opex Object push, and audio gateway. I don't see any Opex file transfer. Is there a .cab I can install on my phone to enable Opex file transfer or is there a setting somewhere to turn it on if it is already there.
thanks for all ifno
Frank
