Sprint return policy - do i get full amount back?

I'm reading the 30 day return policy it says it does not give back instant discounts is that correct? or is it saying that it just gives back what you paid?

So do i lose the instand rebate if i return the phone (meaning i lose money) or do i break even?

If by instant rebate you mean the $150 you get from Sprint every 18 months then you should still retain that for future use. MIR's take 8-10 weeks to process...so they'll cancel that.

Essentially you should come out even.

I took my Pro back to BB, and I got back what I paid, and Sprint took me back out of contract, leaving me where I was before. Make sure to call Sprint after you return the phone if you bought if from other than Spring.

I would also recommend calling in after to verify and have them note on the account. This is something I could see as easily falling through the cracks if you don't check up on it.
Then when you are ready to buy a phone finding your discount is gone.

yes this is something that can and DOES fall through the cracks more often than not. S make sure you call for verification and a confirmation #
