Help setting up wireless sync??

I'm trying to set up wireless synch right now, so that I can at least wirelessly get my POP mail. However, I'm unable to find my exchange server address that I need.
I've tried:
//SSID/Computer/User, and variations thereof, but with no success.
Can you help me?
Thanks so much for your time ;>)

If you're just setting up a pop server you won't need an exchange address. If you're setting up an exchange address (like through your company) your IT staff should know the address.

k, setting this up at home

Okeys..am just trying to set up doing a wireless sync at home with my desktop.
The setting on my phone asks for exchange server address, which I've no clue about, other than my network path.
Any further help/comments welcome & appreciated.
Thanks ya all
Sean
