Anyhow, a call to the employee accounts customer service fixes this.

the unl text is a promotion they are running with SERO as far as i know its still available till may 31

can i port my existing non-sero accounts phone number to an new sero account? also can i port a number from an established account to another established account?

i agree. porting to prepaid is your best bet. or if you want you can port to verizon and test drive there service for a while and switch back to sprint on the sero plan. going this route you pay nothing out of pocket
