HTC pure AT&T want new rom (I think)

Hello all,
I have been a member for a couple of years but have been afraid to show my ignorance online.
I have been searching the forums for answers to installing a new ROM for my AT&T HTC Pure but have been somewhat overwhelmed with information. I have downloaded the Mighty Rom and Resco reg editor cab files but am not sure that they will work with my Pure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hope I am in the right place for this.

You won't be able to use MightyRom on your device since it is a GSM based phone. The cab file will work, but before you start making registry edits you really need to know what it is you are editing.
