HTC Evo MMS Video Question

Hi everyone, im trying to help my friend who is not in the same state with there phone. They have an HTC EVO and when I send her a video via MMS from my phone (HTC touch pro2) they get the message but they don't see the video. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? My other friend who has android on another phone says the video should show up inline like a pic except there should be a play button.

Unfortunately, I don't have her phone in front of me and I only messed with her evo for a few minutes.

Best guess, My Htc Evo wont play windows media player files. check to see what file extention your using to send video

It doesn't record in wmv format. The file is probably to large. Try emailing it.
