Andorid Froyo 2.2 to support native tethering!

http://techcrunch.com/2010/05/13/exc...oid-2-2-froyo/

Now this looks pretty sweet, although a lot of us already root/install apk, this is super awesome for people who want to maintain their warranty on their Nexus One and such. Froyo just keeps getting better and better.

Re: Andorid Froyo 2.2 to support native tethering!

ya, but is it a tru tether or a hacked? Like my touch pro, using now as a tether for net where sprint doesn't see it as a tether leaving me with only 5mg a month and it really shows as my phone on the net with tru unlimited net. One thing I worry about with the wifi hotspot option avail on Evo, is it going to give me the 5mg month limit, and over charge for any extra use? Is there a works on a hack tether like wm has where sprint doesn't see it as a PAM or hotspot?
