a way to browse folders shared on my wifi

i have several folders i need to be able to open on the network at work. i could do it on my wm phone the tp. tryin to figure out if i can do the same on my android or if i just have to email them to myself from my office computer throughout the day

Absolutely you can do this

Just go to the Market and get ES File Explorer. This is what I use to exchange files whether movies, music, whatever and it works great. They have been doing a good job of updating it constantly, which is great. Anyways, good luck and let me know how it goes.

ok does this work without a server because thats my problem i dont have a server to connect to i just have shared folders....

If you can connect to it WiFi then you shouldn't have a problem. If you can see your computer on the network through WiFi then you should be good. Best way to know for sure if this works for you is to give it a shot Worst thing that can happen is it doesn't work. O can't see why not, but good luck regardless.

yea i tried i entered my main pcs ip into it with the shared subfolder and it still doesnt work it says server not found. thats the problem
