Ringtone & S2A Incompatible

Can someone please explain why when I have s2a installed (which comes with most roms already cooked in) and I do the long end to set it to vibrate it resets my ringtone to the first one in the list. It never keeps my ringtone when I go from long end (vibrate) and then long end (ringer on).
