How do I change the "Sprint" text in the top right?

On the Today Screen it says "Sprint" I was wondering how I can change that. Is there anyways I can do it without a program like "Total Command" or "Manila Editor"?

Maybe I wasn't as clear as I should have been. I meant I wanted it to say something other than "Sprint". When I unzipped the file and the soft reseted and installed the CAB file it just made that banner across the top non-transparent. I wanted to change the text so it read something other than Sprint.

Yeah, I'm using it on the Today Screen on the Sprint HTC Touch Pro
