~need help ~Flashing back to stock

My hardware keyboard stopped working, I have flashed to a new rom and tried a hard reset. No good...
So I am trying to put it back to the right rom and re lock it.
I am with sprint and I got my phone the day it came out.

Should I use the dumped sprint rom then relock, should I use the shipped sprint rom and relock. If I use the shipped sprint rom do I need to use the updated shipped sprint rom or the standard shipped sprint rom.

Please help, I will give thanks!!

I did that to my TP last week before sending to Asurion.

So I was able to return my phone to sprint using the updated shipped rom (link to the rom in first post)

In fact I forgot to re lock the rom before handing it to sprint(whoops)

I was sweating bullets until I returned to the sprint store and they said they will give me another! Actual words used "Some people mess these phones up by by using software they dont understand, then return it to us with multiple operating systems loaded. If thats the case we cant accept it but if the person at least reloads the original rom, we will fix or replace"

True story:
I asked if I could have the battery from my original and the stylist and boo ya, I got an extra battery and stylist pro bono.
I guess the extra $5 a month is worth it for insurance
