Glitchy Landscape and Portrait mode: Rom related?

Hey guys I got a refurbished touch pro last week, and after flashing to a new rom (tried Mighty and Juicy and others), it seems to act up.

When I slide it open, it switches between portrait and landscape mode, while flashing the keyboard and the home keys.

Is it rom related? It doesn't glitch when I'm on my stock rom. So whenever I flash to stock and relock the phone, it works fine.

Any suggestions?

usually it depends on the rom that you have. just try a new rom and see it the glitch is still there.
