New Official ROM Major Issue- Please help!

Ever Since i upgraded to the new official ROM, my vibrate doesn't work on my phone, and I am having the problem with text message freezing and disappearing. Can someone please help? I am rookie at this, so solutions will have to be dumbed down in the explanation, so I can do it.

Thank you in advance!

Yeah, ever since I tried my first rom on this phone... which was when I bought it, which was just about ON its cdma release... It has just been a POS... everything has stopped working reliably or at all... Took a great phone and made it as craptastic as possible. And here I am on vacation, 600 miles from home, and trying desperatly to reflash... Since I cant update my PRL (most moded roms dont let you) my roaming list is Fd... And the moment I got half way here my weather app went nuts, giving my red Xs instead of weather.... Then the phone itself just got choppy and beyond unreliable.

GAY... As much as I love technology, and adapting it to my personal needs.... I really think from here on out I am leaving my smartphones as they are!.... this is my 5th smart phone... All modded, and all went downhill in reliability afterwards.

The titanium weather panel is screwed up for everyone.
There are fixes floating around, but I haven't gotten it working 100% yet.
