[UPDATED] Custom ROM Compatibility List for Alltel

These are the roms I have tested thoroughly with my HTC Diamond for Alltel

Conflippers (obviously)
Calkulin's Diamond 21028 ROM (4.5) (even works with custom manila cabs!)
Juicy ROM 4.6 (love the custom icons and new menu effects)
TerSoth's ROM 1.0 (a little buggy)
MightyROM 4.7 (Fast and smooth!)
FuFu's ROM 4.2 w/ Windows 6.5 (WIP...has its issues with performance but is a very good windows 6.5 ROM)
OMJ's 2.00 Custom ROM (LOADED with apps and I like the custom taskbar)

I've been alternating between the latest versions of ROMs by Mystery, Juicy, Calkulin, TerSoth, da_reeseboy, and AJM all with good success. Most aren't built specifically for Alltel (AJM's are, but the others are either generic or Sprint), but using the DCD carrier CAB for Alltel and Calkulin's Arcsoft Alltel MMS CAB, using any CDMA ROM on Alltel is pretty painless.

Mystery's ROMs have a lot of cool apps cooked in, Juicy, reeseboy, and AJM tend to have more slimmed down ROMs (AJM's got a nice CAB collection somewhere on this forum containing a lot of handy apps that you can add in to any ROM at your discretion), and Calkulin usually has a loaded ROM and a lean ROM available. TerSoth's Topaz ROM has a cool Alltel blue UI, but since Topaz isn't officially released yet, there are some bugs and/or features that don't quite work the way they're eventually supposed to.

Ultimately, it's just a matter of trying as many different ROMs as you can stand to download and flash until you find one (or three or four!) that consistantly gives you pretty much what you want. No ROM is going to be exactly what you want (unless you cook yourself, which I personally don't feel confident enough to do yet), since we all use our phones differently, but some will get you closer than others before you have to do much customization.
