download problem

I like to flash my Diamond from the 4 gig card. I flashed DHarvey and Sprint 1.11. I want to change my rom. So i get on here, find the one I like and download it. Problem is that it only starts to download then stops and page turns white. I go look in my files and it shows the name but basically none of the files. I have done a soft and hard reset with no change. Any ideas?
