juicy rom and resco keyboard pro

Hey i have a question. i usually use touchpal as my main sip. But i was looking for a change and saw resco keyboard. so i tried it out and it installs fine but when you go to input text intto a text message nothing comes up the letters press as if they are being pressed but nothing shows up in the box. The weird thing is when you go yo opera at the start pahe the text shows up there. Has anyone else experienced this problem and is there a fix for it?

Yes I had this problem in Juicy's 4.0 with Spb, I toggled T9 on, then typed a word with the HTC keyboard just because, then I toggled T9 off, and then switched my keyboard back to Spb, and bam, it worked.

how did you toggle t9 on which setting did you do that with?
