Unhappy Help?

How do I reset an Alltel diamond? I have tried

1. Power off phone
2. Hold down enter button (center round button)
3. While holding down enter button, press and hold down vol button
4. Whild holding down enter button and down vol button, press and hold power button
5. Wait a few seconds, screen should come up grey saying to press vol down button again to do a restore. Release buttons and press vol down button
6. Screen comes back saying restore is done and press vol up button to complete

An easy way is to go to settings>system>clear storage. Just clear the device and not the internal storage.

It performs a hard reset...you will lose all data on the device and be restored to the default settings for whatever rom you have on the phone. Hope it works for you!

the hard way to do it is:
1.take back cover off
2.press and hold the power then volume down "while the power still pressed"
3.somehow press the arrow button along with the reset button"using the stylus" kindof ackward but i am used to it now,"allfour at the same time"hold till a blue screen comes up and would say if you want to perform a hard reset pressthe volume up button
