Phone stopped working

I was able to successfully unlock and flash a Sprint Diamond to Alltel. Got the phone activated on Alltel. Only issue was that internet did not work. Changed all the settings in the EPST to match the settings in my 6700. Still no internet service.

Installed the DCD Alltel carrier cab and now I can't make phone calls. Any call results in an Alltel error message (Unable to process call, call *611).

The process I went through was:

1. Turned on phone for first time, let it go through setup/customizations
2. Unlocked phone with HardSPL 0.57
3. Changed MSL to 0000000
4. Flashed to conflipper's Alltel rom
5. Edited EPST to add phone number and home SID/NID
6. Updated PRL to 40038
6. Activated at Alltel store (phone worked, internet didn't)
7. Edited M.IP settings, Security, etc to match 6700
8. Internet still didn't work, so installed DCD Alltel Carrier cab
9. At this point, the phone could no longer make phone calls
10. Reflashed to stock Alltel and still no joy

Under device info, it shows the following:
ROM version 1.13.671.2
Radio Version 1.00.00F
PRL version 40038
PRI Version 1.44_003

Any ideas where I went wrong and if it can be fixed?

Thanks.

Sorry I didn't post that. I had set the MSID wrong. On the 6700 it was all 0's. On the Diamond it had to be set to another number beginning with 606. I found this out by going to the Alltel store and looking at one of the Diamonds on display. I called customer service and got the number, entered it in, rebooted and was good to go.
