what SYS are you updating to? I hear the new 23xxx that came out on 1/29 is pretty fast and stable. you might want to check that out.

is is possible for you to upload your graphics package? I wanted to flash but according to the post above, i'd only have 20 some MBs to work with. i was hoping it would be at least about 45 MBs free after the flash.

is it possible to create a clean, stripped down version?

id say changing the sys due to the activesync issue.. 6.5x has an updated look to it however you cant sync even with the patch.. id say keep the working sys till that issue is resolved... just my thoughts

Thanks for posting the update android files, just playing with it now..Cant wait till it can be used for everyday

i downloaded the generic rom, but i don't have the nice wallpaper that came with the stock sprint one. is that on purpose or did i mess up during flashing?

If your referring to my default manila wallpaper, you can find it in My documents/Wallpaper if it did not load for you by default.

Okay, I copied the extracted files to the internal storage and clicked on haret.exe.

But, when it starts loading, it stops after the following message:

"Failed to mount the SD card. Cannot continue"

Any help is appreciated..thanks.

Nevermind. Got it. Found the problem and came across the solution at xda.

Once done there should be no extended partition in a logical drive on your disk because you deleted it. You may have to remove the extended partition BEFORE you're able to delete the logical drive... Anyways, once you have 0 partitions on your sdcard, no extended partition in a logical drive, no logical drive etc you CREATE 1 PRIMARY FAT32 PARTITION that USES YOUR WHOLE CARD.

idk if this will work but i noticed android to be a little more snappier with this tweak.

also disabling wifi thru "power control" widget does not crash android and saves battery!

anybody else having issues with some apps not properly fitting onto the screen?

hmm...couple of posts in that thread say the tweak is only for devices with storage cards.. i'd be willing to give it a try but are you sure its not a placebo effect??
