Lost my touch pro 2 today...

Joys of life...

lost my brand new touch pro 2 on a mall bench today...
I called apirian and went ahead and did a online claim and it told me that I had to fill out some affidavit and a copy of my driver's license.
Told me that they will call me back within 24 hours to 48 hours but I need a phone now... sigh... anyone with experience with this thing know of a way to make this process faster?

go to the store and tell them. they will make the esn bad and make you pay i think 100(at least for the tp1) and will order it.

well I'm at work 10am to 8:30pm all week due to holiday hours so I did the asurian website claim and they said that they will get back to me within 24-48 hours... sigh... I NEED A PHONE NOW... T___T

stores open at 8 here... :/

you can call them! i used to do it to replace my broken tp1s but that takes 2-3 days to ship.. even if you go in the store they have to order it most of the time..
but try!!

They were supposed to call me within 24 hours and I haven't got a call back yet... gosh without a cellphone for a day is agonizing and it makes me realize how dependent I have become on technology...

well i fu have a order open.. dont do like i did and forget bout it.. i had to make a claim last month on my pre.. and they sent me a htc diamond.. cause i had a claim from back in april still in the system.. called and got it cleared up.. got my pre. and sent back the diamond the next day.. but now they are calling me saying please return the damaged phone..lol...

this happened before.. they said they never got the phone.. and charged me 200 bucks.. i called and yelled saying its not my fault i mailed it to u..they gave me a 200 dollar credit.. looks like i will be calling them again if the 200 shows up on my account.

but once a claim is filled they cant reverse it..
