I have a Sprint HTC Touch Diamond in "new" condition for sale. I just received it as a refurbished phone under the Sprint Insurance Plan and the refurbish date on the phone ie 9/08/10.

There are absolutely no scratches or scuffs on the phone. In fact, the whole phone is still in the plastic it came wrapped in from Sprint.

The buyer will get the following:

- Sprint HTC Touch Diamond (newly refurbished)
- OEM battery cover
- Extended battery cover (scuffed up a bit)
- 2 HTC OEM batteries (1 new and 1 used)
- 1 Mugen Extended battery (used)
- 2 styluses (1 new and 1 used)
- USB wall charger
- USB cable to connect to computer
- HTC USB headset (new still in plastic)
- HTC USB to 3.5mm headset adapter (new still in plastic)
- Original box with all manuals and CD
- ZAGG full-body Invisible Shield still in box

Update: Just got a newly refurbished Diamond today from Sprint (still in plastic)

According to the phone's info, the refurbishment date is 9/08/10.
Lifetime time: 0 minutes.

Since I had to turn in my previous Diamond in exchange, this one obviously doesn't have the Invisible Shield already applied.
