I have a Sprint HTC Touch Diamond in "new" condition for sale. I just received it as a refurbished phone under the Sprint Insurance Plan and the refurbish date on the phone ie 9/08/10.
There are absolutely no scratches or scuffs on the phone. In fact, the whole phone is still in the plastic it came wrapped in from Sprint.
