can't install Skype client - not enough memory (to SD card!)

I'm trying to install the Skype client CAB. I selected to install it on the SD card, where there's tons of room, and the progress bar gets almost to the end, but then it says there's not enough memory. My device memory is indeed low (1 Meg left), but I'm trying to install to SD card, so it should work, right? What am I doing wrong?

I installed Skype to my MiniSD storage. It runs pretty well.

On a 10.5 mb install about 5 mb go to /windows.. dll files.. I still don't know what they are but when I took them out it wouldn't work.. may be they can be reconfigured manually to run in the sd card and I would like to find that out too...

try to get some more room on your phone so that it can run better and it might need the room so it canhandle everything as it installes to the card.
