apache wont upgrade

whenever i run the ruu program my apache kicks into bootloader and doesnt do anything after that. i have to use mtty to kick it out but it wont work with anything. mine is v1.00 any ideas? ive previously flashed a 2.05 with no problems but im scratching my head on this one

what is the mtty code to get out of the bootloader? i havent touched my xv6700 in months and it said it had no radio, when i try to update it nothin happens and all i get is this screen

, im on vista 64

now im stuck in bootloader everytime i soft rest it im still stuck. i remember some commends like set 14 or somethin like that. any help? thanks
