apache wont upgrade

whenever i run the ruu program my apache kicks into bootloader and doesnt do anything after that. i have to use mtty to kick it out but it wont work with anything. mine is v1.00 any ideas? ive previously flashed a 2.05 with no problems but im scratching my head on this one
