Lightbulb Enforced security compliant PIN replacement

WM by default provides PIN and alphanumeric password for device security. However I dispise both of them. Alpha is too slow, and PIN isn't very secure. I'm on an exchange server that forces security on this device so I have to use one of them. However I was wondering if someone has made a new security option that exchange will accept? I was hoping to get, maybe, a image-password app but I haven't been able t find anything like that.

its been a while since i had to get rid of my pin because i go about it a diff way now (i use seven which is free ATM for exchange) but if you search you can fin a pin breaker which removes the forced option but should allow you to use exchange still. I hated that those options were forced on my phone, especially when i had to use numbers and letters!

yes, i know it's for security and it's my personal phone, but having it lock after 5 mins is ridiculous!
