i tried it noticed a slight difference in the ear piece volume not really in the speaker phone or ringtone

I've followed step by step instructions, but i get to a point where i cant go any further, when i click on "Read from phone" button to enter msl # it i get an incorrect msl message, iam sure is the right msl i use it all the time, i even call sprint to get it just to make sure but still gettin this messages, did any of you guys had this problem? Just curious? Thanks in advance..

i got it on the first time make sure you put numbers only not the pound signs

Yeah, only the six digit number is what iam using, i dont get it, iam following the instruction step by step, more than ones now and still dont work, well i am gonna wait maybe somebody else run into this thanks a lot.

I haven't heard of any problems like that. You may want to check the thread I linked to and post there to see if anyone else has ran into that.
