My outlook/email/texting is screwed up

Some while back I lost both my email accounts in outlook.. and I had to reset up one with a "different name" cause the same wouldn't even work (suggesting it's still there/screwed up)

Now I kind of fixed it by creating a new account.. but ever since that happened my "texting" will sometimes pause for up to a MINUTE just processing (whatever it's processing?)

Anyone have some easy suggestions on remedying this?

(I suspect also it is possible that a long while ago when I resetup this rom I did a pimbackup and maybe restored outlook data would could have caused this problem.. cause I have run this rom before successfully for a year with no problems before I tried out some others )

Umm...how do you lose an email account? Forget a username or password?


Your texting problem is probably being caused by too many saved texts.

Sounds like you might need a hard reset.

the text problem is certainly as horndoctor says , I'm running a 6.5 ROM right now and experience the serious lag . just clear out your texts by going to menu:>tools:>clear SMS mms in the text window that lists all your conversations . or you can turn off threaded SMS .

Actually, when I opened up pimbackup to try a txt wipe I also see 2 setups of gmails in there.. (only 1 shows up) so I'm pretty sure I have 2 email accounts in outlook/messaging whatever and that is the slow down..

However the backup did say 2730 messages saved
