my friend just called and told me i was in mississipi. how can she know this? she has an iphone and ive flashed a new rom since i saw her so she couldnt have put something on my phone. and she only knew after i called her this morning. anyone have any ideas?

Did you check in with foursquare or use waze to report traffic or use facebook to upload some sort of picture or use geocaching software of any kind or google buz or google latitude?
Or on the low tech end of things... Do you two have a friend in common in Mississippi that could have mentioned to her that you were there?

Also... I'm not sure if you know this... But THC does tend to make you a little paranoid. Just sayin.



And I guess the most important question of them all would be... ARE you in Mississippi?

Why not ask her?

Do you live there or do you live somewhere else and your out of your state/city.

Who is she to you? You know you can just type in a area code and it will tell you where it belongs to.

Also There are some services over the internet that if you give them a phone number they will tell you who it belongs to and even where the person lives.

Its the information age buddy get use to it.

Btw. women are crazy stalkers sometimes!

you guys are great. its all innocent as i said. she was just saying that she knew somehow, no stalking or anything. itll remain a mystery until she tells me i guess. but i dont use facebook and the traffic thing i never use. anyway thanks for the ideas.

this is funny. Someone with a Roger's network (canada) iPhone did the same exact thing to me. They typed in my phone number and it showed up on a map on the iPhone right outside her house (which is where I was at the time).
