.::::::Custom ROM question::::::.
okay, so I am new here obviously, and I was wondering. I am going to flash my Sprint HTC Touch Pro to metropcs/cricket, but I have already downloaded a custom ROM. should i be able to flash it, and if not, could somebody give me a link to where i can download the original ROM and files?, it would be greatly appreciated.

okay, so i have two questions. one, do you have to have the stock HTC rom to flash an HTC Touch Pro to metropcs, if so could you please give me a link on where i can download the ROM. two, i do not want to have to go to the store to flash my htc phone, can someone give me a link on a guide to flash my phone to metro/cricket?

If the custom rom is for cricket/metro just do a hard reset make all the pst adjustments and you should be good.

First you need to make sure your phone is unlocked... hold the power button, volume down and hit the reset button with your stylus, you may have to hold the reset button. on the bootloader screen it should say "CMONEX". View pic. http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:0...nexac6.jpg&t=1
If it does, you are ready to flash. If not, then you must unlock it for flashing. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/htc-vogue/...k-cricket.html After that, find a ROM of your liking. I suggest MightyRom, it's really great. Whoa! wait, lol... you need a plan first. In order to flash it you need the phone number and everything to put in the EPST settings.
