Email Issues/Questions.....

I'm coming from the HTC touch Pro 2. The email program allowed me to delete emails with the option of not deleting them from the server. The HD2 doesn't show me that option and is deleting the emails from the server. Anyone know where this option may be ?? I know the simple answer is not to dlete them from the phone but my emails build up very fast.

Also the Touch pro 2 allowed me to add a signature to emails. Again I don't see the option on this phone.

Any suggestions ??

Go into the Inbox for the email account you want to change. Not the screen where you can flip though the emails, but tap Inbox so you see the list of emails for that account.

Tap Menu and a list of choices will be there. You have to touch and move the choices up to reveal what is at the bottom of the list. You want Tools so tap that.

Then another list of choices and you tap Options. This brings up the screen that looks the same as the TP2.
