Go into the Inbox for the email account you want to change. Not the screen where you can flip though the emails, but tap Inbox so you see the list of emails for that account.

Tap Menu and a list of choices will be there. You have to touch and move the choices up to reveal what is at the bottom of the list. You want Tools so tap that.

Then another list of choices and you tap Options. This brings up the screen that looks the same as the TP2.
