Can you enter the bootloader menu? Reset+Vol Down+Power+Back arrow. Rainbow screen? If so see if you can flash it from there.

+1. You better hope it's a CDMA carrier. If you have a GSM phone, you found 1 of the 2 ways to brick the phone.

lol, that was my first worry. It is so hard to brick a phone, but the GSM/CDMA crossover is so evil

I cant!
Try turning your device off.
Then push and hold down the volume down button on the side of your device. Then while holding the volume down button down press and release the power button and continue to hold the volume down button down until you see the rainbow bootloader screen.

Sounds like you have a bad battery.
Plug in the charger and let it sit for at least 6hrs and then try what I suggested earlier.

Re: My diamond is dead

It could be a bad battery, but what kind of Diamond do you have? VZM, SPCS, AT&T? Are you sure you used the right HSPL? If you used a CDMA one for a GSM or vise versa, you bricked your phone, and nothing can be done.
