Whats wrong with QPST it's the easiest to work with are you having connection issues? Are you on an XP, Vista, or 7 pc? What exactly are you trying to do? What network? There are alot of ways to flash a phone but if you provide a little more info you could get a little more help. You posts are very vague please be as detailed as possible even if it's writing a novel.

I could never connect it in the past, here what solved my problem-
open up qpst configuration then dial (if i remember correctly) ##3424# or ##3424 then connect it with the usb cable and the ports will open up. Hope that helps somewhat.

I try this with my touch with NFSFAN's 6.5, and QPST doesn't recognize it on any of the ports

What does it do when you dial the ## code does it try to dial or does it open the DRM Router. Do you have the htc driver installed if your on Vista you need another driver also. If you have the drivers installed, uninstall them and reinstall them. If it's the ## codes that don't work install this cab it will install a folder to your start menu with short cuts http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...98&postcount=3

mine wasnt recognized on the ports either, make sure you have activesync turned on and like ^^ he said make sure you've got all the proper drivers installed. I think i may have a link to them if you need them pm me.

Or go to your "USB to PC settings" and take off "advanced networking" i know that works too. OR
Go to this page and install the qpst drivers that whitey10tc provides and try it then, its #4, and i use Vista and the active sync didnt install on my laptop but i guess i didnt need it cause my phone was found without it after i installed the drivers. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=94338
