What does it do when you dial the ## code does it try to dial or does it open the DRM Router. Do you have the htc driver installed if your on Vista you need another driver also. If you have the drivers installed, uninstall them and reinstall them. If it's the ## codes that don't work install this cab it will install a folder to your start menu with short cuts
