Is there any way to have it not sync all of the contacts from my hotmail to my phone's contact list?

Same question. Totally silly that it automatically puts all of your live contacts into your phone address book.

Can that be prevented?

Also, is there any way to install this to the storage card? I wasn't given an option on my Q.

Windows live messenger seems to be stuck at the signing in screen all the time now. i want to try to uninstall and reinstall it, but what will happen to my contacts if i do? is there another way to fix it so it wont stay at the signing in screen? tia
