Installation unsuccessful

i am having problems installing the ppcgeeks app on android (duh) and i want to see if this is a problem with just my phone or if it is a problem with all FRX7 installs also i would like to keep a list of apps that do not install if it turns out to be a problem with FRX7 also if any one has the .apk and i can check to see if a manual install works

Does it require root?

Check logcat. Many have had issues where an app requires root for install, and su never asks on installs (not sure why, it seems to ask just fine once the app is installed).

If it is a RO issue, remount / or /system RW - depending on the error.

I think there's a bug here. Install fails for me as well... Hold please .

Indeed stine did find a bug! Thanks for helping with pointing us in the right direction!

stine should push a new rootfs that'll be up soon. Grab it, install on PPCG app should go just fine.
