Any way to know if Tabs like this one will be upgradeable to Froyo?

I'm interested in one, but not if it doesn't have Flash.

This may not be something one has to worry about.. Phones take along time to get updates, Tablets are universal Id think... So Id be inclined to think if there is a 2.2 Tablet Rom, everyone non-carrier, is using it...

You know how they release an update, but it hasnt been pushed to all devices yet?? you can probably manually install 2.2 this way.. snagging another non carrier branded Android 2.2 Tablets ROM/Files....

Then again might be wishful thinking...
