android swapping

Please tell me you can do this. i have 4 devices, vouge....touchpro touchpro2 and a mogul. Im playing with all the android builds from here and xda. I like the froyo 2.2 for the Tp and dl a bunch of games and apps from the market. Now.... I wish to take the sd card out and put it on the Vouge and boot android from there. Obviously it doesnt work and hangs booting linux. So my question is..... Can I swap centain files like the heret or system file from my Vouge Android built to the tp android card to make it work on the vouge? I hate to dl all the apps on the vouge sdcard since it takes time. Plus oi have no internet on the vouge.

in a nutshell.

I have a vouge and tp with both running the latest android builds. I want to take the tp android sd card and put it on the vouge and boot it. will putting certain files from the vouge android build to the tp android build make the vouge boot up?
