Try Movicha its a pretty gud app which enables you to video chat from your evo with a person on a desktop/laptop. i tried it and it worked great even on 3G.

first download the app from the market search for MOVICHAFOREVO and download it and then download the desktop version and tell ur friend to make and account for desktop and you make yourself for the evo after the installation and then try it with ur friend and you willl see it for yourself that its not as bad as other said....hope this helps

Correct Free, it does state however that for certain platforms there is a charge. I never ran into it. Good Luck.

Yes and quality wasn't good when I tried it. I uninstalled it immediately. It lagged a ton.
