Tom Tom 7 North America?
I see a multitude of people here in the U.S. stating they have Tom Tom 7 and North American maps. I now have Tom Tom 7, but cannot buy NA maps. Tom Tom's website has every other continent available except NA.
Where do I go to purchase this unicorn?

Yeah, I know. But I really don't mind buying a legitimate map set if it will save me the hassle.

I also tried to buy them but could only find other countries listed.
Way to go tomtom, sending paying customers to "activate" their maps by other means...
