1398.1 kbps in my basement. evidentally im only getting half the speed of everyone else

No, this means that people are testing it on their desktops (with 10 mb + Connections)

If you log into Blue-Nobile and run the test, you can view YOUR Agerage speeds in the "My Account" Tab

This test has been ran over 2000 times, so the public averages are a quite a bit high
