If you wanna type without it trying to recognize a word you can hold the top "ENTER" button on the top right and swipe UP. To re-enable, do the same again.

Really? Thanks fot the tip! BTW I got a response to an email I sent and they're working on getting the interface skinnable!!!

this touchpal is great but when using in pocketcm i can type the msg with touchpal but it hard to send it , it wouldnt let me press send somtimes anyone else with this problem
correction i fig it out , u have to press up tap to get to send button i luvv this keypad

Will this be ok on a wm5 xv 6700? are most people experiencing mem shortages and processor slowdowns as a result of using this or is that isolated?

Why are people buying a device with a keyboard and then trying to find software that is still not as easy as using the keyboard to use instead of the keyboard?? I just dont get it... If you want to use this program so bad why dont you just buy a
Touch.

Try it out and see. It's free, so you can't lose anything. If you dont' like it, delete it. I like it for some things. I'm also looking ahead to getting a Touch. For pure texting it's faster, at least for me than the hardware keyboard. I still use the hardware keyboard for a lot of things, but for SMS, Notes, contacts entry it's perfect.

The keyboard is great for longer stuff, but sucks for one-handed text entry on the go, a quick to-do or note. This fills that gap.

I owe you guys an apology, I tried it out since it wouldnt kill me to see what the fuss was about, and it is A LOT easier to use for SMS and short entry when you don't want to flip the keyboard out, tried it while driving and it made it very useful. So if there are any skeptics like me out there, give it a try, at least download it and save it while its free!
