Sweet little app...good bye X-Button.

I believe this app killed my slide 2 unlock program. Not completely just doesn't work like it used to. Just a warning.

It doesn't come on unless I prompt it (slide2unlock). It used to come on whenever I turned off my device and turned it back on. Now, I turn it on and it is directly on my today screen. Maybe it's just mine. I will remove WKtask and see what happens.

There is a registry setting for S2U2 that you need to change in order for it to invoke itself once the device powers down...

I was having that problem with the wm6 rom, and from what I understood it was a known compatiblity issue between the hacked wm6 and slide2unlock.

Okay, so I removed WKtask from my Treo. And lo and behold, it froze. I ended up having to hard reset. No biggie tho. I just thought I would post this as a warning. Like I said previously, maybe its just my Treo. Good little program but I think I'll pass.

That's why this (and other properly designed task managers) give you the option to hide apps from the task list and exclude them from being closed with the X button. If you tap and hold on Phone and look in the menu you will see those two commands... check both of them and then close phone and bring it back up--it will no longer appear in the task list.

OOPS I force close them all the time. What issues does this cause? lol

Very good advice I had no Idea these options even existed in this app and I was getting tired of looking at the phone tab all the time. Thanks for the info.
