threaded sms app

I have the threaded sms app and i cannot make it vibrate when i recieve a text message, can someone please explain the steps to me please.

Go to Start -> Settings -> Sounds & Notifications -> Notifications Tab

Pick the Event "Messaging: New Message (Palm) and check the box for Vibrate.

already did and it doesnt work

thats a pretty obvious answer...i also tried that and it did not work

I know a couple of people who only needed to do that to fix it. The only other suggestion I have is to ensure you did not install the version made for older WM5 AKUs. Newer WM5 AKUs and WM6 can use the newer version.
